Do Amazon.ca items temporarily out of stock ship separately? - McKaylaa - 04-08-2014 04:38 AM

I recently ordered a package on Amazon of 4 items, 3 of which are "temporarily out of stock". The one item that is in stock is Estimated to arrive March 3-6. Will the in stock item and out of stock items arrive together (meaning the in stock item will be held until the other items are ready) or will they ship separately?

I used the $25 Free shipping offer, meaning I had $25 in my order to be eligible for free shipping so I didn't have to pay any shipping costs. Also if they ship separately, once the in stock item is shipped do they only charge the cost for the item that is shipped or do they charge the whole order (including not yet shipped)?
