if you want to sing up last two column contains password and repeat password it is not written there

From designing point of view, your website is good but from SEO point of view I want to say that please do some onpage optimization in your site. Update its Title, Description, Tags etc so that it will become search engine friendly. You can consult with an SEO consultant and best of luck for your website.
