Nothing really it's kinda like a tag like say someone is texting you saying yo what's up wanna party then after that they would put
#party#beer#babes
Something like that ppl usually do it a lot on twitter it's a media thing
Or if someone took a picture of like the forest they would say
#trees#peaceful#quiet
