The website domain is registered for privacy so that no one could recognize the name of the owner. The company seems to be located in Delhi, India.

In addition to that paid Australian registration proxy (that I have seen many Chinese sites use) making it difficult to pin it down, the file server is located in the U.S. , there is one site development note in the source code: This Website Is Design & Developed By " Mr. Sudhanshu Chourey" who may or may not be part of the company.
