My Samsung Note 2 using 4.1.1 Jellybean but why i can't record a video on instagram? I mean, i don't have the record button even i upgrade it already. Help me!

Sup, I have samsung tab 2 - 4.1.2
I updated my instagram and it came with the new resource of recording video but it's not working... they release update today 22/06 but it still not working...
I guess they are not testing before put for update ...
