Most of the websites using nofollow attribute for those websites, Why any special reason?

They would like to organize website structure and would like page rank coming from the home page to flow in an orderly fashion towards the more important pages.

This is already answered on link below. The real reason is that you tell bots to not crawl this page. And crawlers respect this webmaster decision.
