ADD is usually inherited. You are born with it and you cant just get it. It has to do with hyper activity in your brain waves. I doubt social media will reconstruct your brain.

Yes, it can. What happens sometimes, is that add is not active for you, but due to stress or depression, or trauma, the ADD/ADHD can emerge. It also emerges when you have anxiety, or if you do drugs/alcohol, etc...
