Just Google/Yahoo the words - free website polls, polls for websites, website polls. There are polls several where you don't need to know coding, just copy and paste a code to your website, and thats it.

If your site is made by WordPress then you can use WordPress plugins name "wp poll or poll system" which are also available in internet.
And if your site is made by raw code that means created by HTML,CSS,PHP and MySQL Database.
then you can get free source code of poll system by searching in Google.

You can use Google docs to make a poll for your website.
