he gave me his code sometimes I get the internet sometimes I don't
i have a 300mbps usb
should I buy a better one?
to his connection a router I can't afford my own connection
can't plug into his :-(

It is a distance issue most likely unless he gets slow internet at his house as well. You just need to get your own router to be able to have the fastest connection.

its all to do with distance and interference. Depending on where he has his own router placed in his house. If its near A computer or a Television maybe. You wont get great or maybe no signal, Maybe if you live next to him, to get a Powerline adapter plug it into his house router and then plug into your plug socket and into your laptop for a better connection, all i can say im afraid They usually cost around £30 here in UK .

EDIT : Either that or Buy a N type USB wireless stick as it will pick up further.

So you are hacking into the neighbors connect illegally and you want us to tell you how to make it work better? Hope hs provider doesn't find out or they shut himdow too.
