I was on my facebook when I was going to send a message and then a messaged appeared saying that i cant send a message to the person. So i go and search the person up and then they weren't showing up. The person wasn't on my block list..And he texted me saying I wasn't on his block list. So I dont' know what happened. Can you guys help me out to see what the issue it?

did you ask him if he deactivated his account, or if facebook suspended his account? because that would explain it

Two things are possible:
He blocked you. Is denying it.
You blocked him.
Since you checked your blocked list and he doesn't appear, then he's blocked you.
