Hi Manoj. Sorry to say that there is currently no degree for SEO from any higher education institute. But extensive knowledge and experience in this field can be considered as qualified person in order to be a SEO consultant. Thank You.

I am not sure if ther eis PhD in SEO but I do believe you can get masters and higher education in Online or Internet Marketing. However, SEO, Social Media and any sort of internet marketing is constantly changing. What you learn now might not be applicable in the future. SEO is an on going process and Google changes their algorithmn every day.

You can try some certification from Google. (adwords, analytics etc). But rather than certification experience matters
