can I access ineternet browser and go on any site such as youtube ect on the NOOK Simple Touch GlowLight

The early 2011/2 versions had a "hidden" browser which could be used to access black and white things such as text, not graphics with images and colour, if you could find it and make it work;

That facility might have been removed by updates to it though;

Depends on which version yours is, how old it is, and whether it has had the update that should have removed the browser applied.
Try the suggestions in the first link after reading the second link to see if you have the hidden browser, but if you have it will not be able to properly access Youtube videos as there it has no graphics display in your Nook.
