I've been looking for some good answers as to which site to use to outsource my SEO. The only resource that I've found is:

Everything else is crappy blog posts or "warrior forum" scammer nonsense.

I recall one SEO course that did a comparison test of Fiverr and WicketFire freelancer backlinks, he found the latter to give much better results (st s higher price), so much Fiverr stuff is bot automated or outsourced to 3rd world people who may not even speak your language.
