Should someone hosting an online event be paid the same as an offline event? - SMELLVESTER - 04-08-2014 04:57 AM

How much is fair? I dont know! Id host an event for 100 as opposed to 1000 offline but In trying to do something different and ask for opinions

No, an offline event includes tons more coordination.
An online event includes making sure you have enough bandwidth and sending a few emails.

How much is fair? Depends on what else is involved = a one hour, one speaker event would be different than a 2 day webinar where you had to figure out who to event and coordinate that.
