Is alina lupacescu a dead ancestor of yours?
If so then you need to give people a clue about country, approx date of birth, then people can help......... if you are looking for a living person ( suggested by posting a photograph) then genealogy is not the place to ask, as we research dead ancestors.........maybe ask the local polic, her family, her friends or possibly social media..................
