The registration of the 7 month old site is a Chinese operation using a half ass fake U.S. address:
New York, New 000000
CN

You woun't get the red carpet designer fashion show, but some vaguely similar cheap reproduction or whatever was closest on hand. If the photos don't have Asian models they are not their product photos.

Two Tools you can use:

Domain name owner lookup tool that 85% of the time identifies Chinese sites which essentially always sell cheap counterfeit goods ofter being passed of as a brand name.

Google image by example search allows you to find more sites using the identical catalog photo, in some cases you can find the actual maker who the Chinese site stole the images from. It's pretty common to get a poor replica of what is pictured.
Go to Google image search tab, click the little camera in the text entry box, right click might get the url/location of an image you can past into search by example.

There are over 200 copies of that strapless one in the search results, seems to be: Dave and Johnny Dress 7707 costing $299.00
