Other than just moving the commands to the right side of the page, how is it different?

Internet Explorer is poor. Use Google Chrome, Fire Fox or Opera.

No ....... Google Chrome is the best... and u want anymore then Firefox is also good

It isn't! It "creates a vacuum"!
After getting frustrated with it, I took it back out and went back to IE8.
The security settings on it are so jacked up that you can barely navigate from one site to another. Bunch of yaahooze came up with this version! (Sorry Yahoo!, no disrespect)!

Internet Explorer can't be better than anything.
