if you have an andriod phone you can download an app called utorrent and then you can google the pirate bay and you will be able to download just about anything then if you want you can transfer it onto a computer .hope this helps

For reading (on a smartphone or tablet) you can use epubbud.com if you have iBooks. It works for just reading online too. Completely free ^^
For watching I'm not sure about downloading but you can always watch online from Megashare for movies. Just google [movie title] megashare and it'll pop up.
For TV shows I watch online from either vodly.to or Motion Empire. (I prefer the second one) but I'm not sure about downloading either.
