I recently got the Sungale Tablet ID702WTA but I realized even though the platform is Android, it is not supported by the Android Market. It actually did come with a app store preloaded, but it's really not good for anything. I would like some apps like Facebook and Twitter but they aren't on this app store. So, is there a way for me to download apps for Facebook and Twitter without using the android market??

Yes. you can get apps on your pc in. Apk format then copy themto your tablets SD card. Once that's done go into application settings and enable installing from unknown sources. Once complete navigate to the the Apk file on your SD card using any file manager. When tapped it should begin to install.
