It was my 18th last week and I am attempting to sign up to PayPal, but it said when pressed "Create Account" that I'm not 18 yet, it's ridiculous. What do I do?
I have to put my correct DoB because I am going to give them my credit card details.

Say that you're 20. It's not that big of a deal.
