Click Forgot Password Than Put in your Email Facebook Will Send a Password Reset link to your Email

A password reset link is provided by Facebook whenever you try to recover the password. They usually just send the link to the associated email address with your Facebook account details.
Alternatively, they can also send a verification code to your phone that you then input to help reset the password.
