I have contacted the seller and they opened a cancel transaction case. However, eBay tells me I should only accept the request if I have already gotten a refund (which I have not). Will I get my refund if I cancel the transaction or should I ask the seller to refund before the transaction is cancelled? Thanks! Also, if I do not get a refund in 5 days, should I decline the cancellation of the case? I'm assuming you paid with Paypal, so do not cancel until you see a Paypal credit.
