i wana be able to unblock websites i need for course work and the family filter wont let me load them, so i heard of these things called proxy's but every time i go onto one it always says blocked before i can even unblock the other website...
does anyone know any proxy websites that wont be blocked?

Proxies are major sources of malware and ways hackers can use your computer for their purposes. Using them is really really risky. You may already have malware or bots on your computer form using it.
Buy a good VPN.
Whatever you do don't fall for the bogus review on the so called best VPN review sites. They are all scams where the best reviewed VPN's are the ones that pay the review site the most money. Even the customer reviews on these sites are phoney.
Also fancy VPN sites with instant gratification and setup are subject to getting hacked, like purevpn did last month. Customer emails and names were stolen and used by the hackers.
Stick with a company that emphasizes security and network protection.
