They are offering me such things and i wish to know if they are legitimate as a company and would like some advise.

Don't use things like YouTube and Facebook to do business or buy things. There's little to no accountability.
If you see an ad or something you like, find a legitimate website. If you have a single doubt -- like if you even need to ask on Yahoo Answers -- don't touch it.
