Check all your external links to determine all poor quality links. Then try to delete all those toxic links manually otherwise you can take the help of Disavow Tool of Google Webmasters Tools to optimize your website.

First of all, stop getting links from low quality sites. Don't do keyword stuffing in title and description, check your on-page factors. improve content quality. try to get links from high quality sites.

If your site have spammy backlinks then first you should recognize all those links and remove those backlinks through Google Disavow tool and after that try to built quality backlinks for your site; update your sites content; your site has almost 2-3% of keyword density; doing you on page work in well manner that means create meta tag, body tag, URL and page tile SEO friendly ; doing off page work but always keep this thing in mind that only quality backlinks are working in these days; promote your site in social media and most importantly keep your eyes on Google's algorithm changes and make your strategy according to that update.

First and important thing you have to omit all the links which you detect as spam links. No matter of loosing backing, but that will help you out to recover from spam mark.
