A seller on ebay needs my "paypal address" to refund me my money. I heard this is just my email but ebay won't allow me to send my email in the message. What do I do?

If you log into your Paypal account and get the "all transactions" list, you can find the original Ebay purchase. Get the Details for that transaction and it will show the person's email address as that is their Paypal address also.

The seller can refund you straight from the Paypal transaction and dosent need your Paypal email
Yes ebay wont allow you to send an email address via ebay , but you also have theirs on your Paypal transaction
