Well sometimes my internet says this webpage not available and around like 6pm my internet gets slow

Try to update your network drivers, and check your security settings, and internet goes slower because everyone gets on about that time.

Clear all the cookies and temp files. And check your firewall

sometimes websites get overloaded with users ( like the obamacare website) and you just cant get in until the site has bandwidth for you to enter. On the 6 pm thing its the same thing, people get off work, drive home, take a leak and get on the internet around 6pm where you live, which overloads the system hence causing everyones service to slow down. In my town it happens around 530 pm cause the commute home is shorter.
Im seeing some other answers here that could possibly help and I will add that you should delete your browser history once in awhile also, webpages you use sometimes wont work after an upgrade from your default browser ( like the yahoo upgrade a few weeks back).
I find that sometimes the simplest solution works best. Wait 30 minutes and try again.
