Dontr try this unless you have lakhs to invest in marketing.
OR
Try this out
1. buy a domain and hosting
2. decide your platform. Magento is good.
3. develop and contact resellers
4. A team of 20 people to act on point 3
Its really difficult unless you have a lot of money.
