I will tell you how to do it with 0 budget except the domain name cost.
1. create a blog on blogspot.
2. search for a theme for your eshop site.
3. integrate your site with payment gateway (paypal). if you are selling digital goods, I use this third party: http://digitalgoodsstore.com
