So I am looking to make a product for gaming or music or sports etc. I was thinking a special backpack for music producers but I need something that no one has seen before and wouldn't cost a ton to make. Any ideas?

Music producer backpacks sounds like a hard to reach, tiny market.
Some will tell you that inventing something that does not yet exist is a risky venture, better to sell something that already has an established demand.
An easy first venture could be selling stuff with your custom art, sites like Zazzle.com, cafepress.com provide you a free store and actually print on demand when orders come in. You don't have to do any warehousing or shipping.
While it's tempting to make sports jerseys, team logs are copyrighted and require expensive licensing to legally reproduce.
