When someone wants something, do they email me and we discuss?
And then, am I supposed to ship the item to them or we have to meet up in real life?

No shipping allowed. They email you thru CL. Or you put your phone number in the ad and they call you. You meet them. They have to pay cash. You have to hand them the item. In person.
