Pakistani govt has blocked millions of internet sites including Youtube, orkut, educational sites, tumblr, linkdin, porn etc
So can i access these sites by using Satellite internet?

Instead of the normal http://, use https://. That should work

I highly recommend utilizing http://www.vpnpower.net in order to unblock websites. I've been using them since four years.
