I just got the LG Optimus One, can I still use Facebook, Twitter, Android Market, etc without being on a data plan? I have Wifi.(And its connected to Wifi) I just want to be 100% sure, so I don't get charged.

Yes as long as you are on wifi. I use a couple old android phones on wifi only to check facebook and stuff
