My vine account got suspended because I spammed... I don't think it's right that I got suspended because its a free country and if I want to spam I should be aloud I had 10k followers and I worked hard for those 10k... I emailed vine people and they havmt answered its really annoying I WANT MY VINE ACCOUNT BACK IT'S NOT FAIR!!

You do realize that you admitted to violating the terms of service of Vine? As a free country, one is also free to deny service to people that explicitly violate the terms of service. Also, if this was your first offense, I'd expect something like a month suspension. If you're a repeat offender, I'd say that the account will be permanently banned.
