I have two good references but they are relatively young so their facebook profiles are somewhat sketchy. However my profile has nothing incriminating on it. I don't have anyone else to ask to be my references cuz these guys are kind of like my supervisors. Will this affect my chances of getting hired?

Maybe if you are applying for a real job with the FBI or CIA. If you are applying for some low brow job...don't worry about it.
