Yahoo Answering is one of the best option as the questions which you are answering the questioning party gets your email, directly once you answer. So If you are registered with yahoo answering you even can post your keywords those who are related to your domain name & you have an opportunity to represent your self. But the other options such as forum posting, blog commenting, directory submission, press release, affiliate marketing, link building & article submissions also major role, You need to do this on regular basis & your website will come in SERP. & that is how there will be traffic on your website

As per SEO Forum Posting is best, in which you can place your link in your Forum Profile.
In Yahoo Answers you can place your link or keyword if it is relevant

Keywords are very important in SEO. Because with out Keywords we can't do anything. First try to do keyword reasearch and then go for Forum posting and Yahoo Question & Answers with ur tagetted keywords. Hope my answer helps you. All the best.

I think forum posting and keywords are best. Because in the forum you can place your link after some post but in the yahoo answers you need the 250 points to place your link. But keywords are most important in SEO, your all SEO activities depend on your keywords. Your selected keywords to make your website ranking in SERP.

Every tasks mentioned whether forum posting or yahoo answers, the are best until you don't over do it. Just we have to try to use these sources for branding your self rather than promoting your sites. Keep it simple. When it comes to keywords use long tale keywords in forums, haa.. but stick to the topic.

It is best you have diverse sources for links - a mix of guest posts and referral links from forum and Yahoo answers etc. is the best way. Writing a good and relevant content with the aim of attracting natural links is the best approach.
