I need followers and I tried EVERYTHING! I signed up for websites, I downloaded apps, I looked it up on youtube, I looked it up on Google, Yahoo, Google Chrome, Fire Fox, What should I do to get more followers??? PLEASE HELP!

It takes time to get real followers on anything and that includes Instagram. Nothing is free...you have to work for it.
Any site that offers free followers are scams only after your personal information. Besides, why do you want strangers knowing everything that you are posting?
This is becoming a big problem with kids now. They feel that if they don't have followers, they are worthless, so they beg or buy followers. How is that giving self-worth knowing that your followers aren't real?
Do the work, post good pictures/comments/whatever, use hashtags relevant to your posts and the followers will come. It just doesn't happen in an instant. Nothing worth it happens instantly.

Let the followers come to you. You can never get anything quickly on social media. Begging (or attention-whoring) will get you nothing.
