I don't know what you are asking really,why not just go to a shop,buy what you want and pay for it! If you mean can you pay all the money and they keep the goods until you have paid it all,it does not make sense,just save up for what you want,then buy it!

Sounds like you are describing a layaway program like regular stores have walmart might do it) I would not trust web based businesses in that sort of arrangement, it could take too many months to realize that you are being ripped off, just employ some self discipline and save up the cash

No such catalogue yet, maybe you can start your own catalogue with such products?
