Well i'm like on it...24/7 and i want to stop, but i can;t! i just get distracted and i stay on for longer. Well I've been doing good with the whole not getting on the internet for long, but how do I completely stop??

tape your fingers to your face so to get on u would have to type w/ ur elbows or something
