I just started a free home business with http://www.matchrateplus.com/26367 its 100% free so check it out but I need to know the best free ways to advertising other than youtube and facebook I have paid advertising that works great but there has to be some good free ones thank

"The best" isn't really a catch all for all types of businesses. It just depends on what you're selling and who your target base is. "Free" isn't always the best anyway. Sometimes you're better off paying (as you already do) and being strategic on where you put your bucks. What you're focus wants to be on is more of "strategy" (like guerrilla marketing for example) that would be based on "word of mouth", customer referrals, flyers etc. There really is no one thing that's going to turn things around for you without the time and over all strategy which I'm sure you're already doing now. People telling other people is still the most powerful advertising tool on planet earth, especially with the Internet.
Consider a FaceBook Like page. Or a Button, Icon, Logo that can be put on other people's pages that links back to your site and services.
