Hi,
I have this error in IE 10 : -
"This page can't be displayed
•Make sure the web address https://intranet.gebiz.gov.sg is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.
•Make sure TLS and SSL protocols are enabled. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Settings > Security "
there's no problem with my internet connection... I can access other pages, be it https or http.. I just cannot access this particular website in IE or in other browsers on my laptop... others can access to the website but not me... nothing is wrong with the TLS or SSL protocols... It has been enabled... no compatibility issues either... so what exactly is wrong?

No duh. What part of the page is down or no longer exists don't you understand?

It's an intranet site, not an Internet site. It will only be available if you are connected to the private network hosting it (either directly or via a VPN).
If you are, and it still isn't working, then consult a network administrator for the network hosting the site to make sure that your network settings, browser proxy settings, and DNS settings are correct.
