Can someone tell me if this sites legit or not?

Asos is one of the largest online clothing retailers. They are completely legit. I have bought from them for the past 6 years and have never had a problem except once when an item I ordered was out of stock but not listed as out of stock on the website when I ordered (I did order on a Sunday) but they informed me first thing Monday morning that it was out of stock and asked if I wanted to wait 4 weeks for it to come back in stock or cancel my order
