I've create a blog on blogger.com but I don't understand is it registered or not? If not I want register it fr

I am not sure but yo effectively registered it when you signed up with Blogger.com, if you wanted to be sure it appears in search results you could Submit it through a form each search engine, or you can simply get links from a few other sites already in the search engines, and allow the search spiders to discover your site through these links, which you need in any case to improve your search ranking.
To have a more professional site domain name like MaryStuff.com instead of the free subdomain blogger gives you, like MaryStuff.blogspot.com, you would have to buy a domain name through a registrar, blogger allows you to use a custom domain obtained elsewhere at no charge.
