I'm looking for one with free features like:
(*) Email Newsletter
(*) Forum Chat
(*) Custom Domain
Thanks a lot everyone and I'm not looking for something exactly like this but maybe on that has one or two more of the same features.

createaforum.com offers free forum hosting.
A custom domain name will cost you about $10 a year, ther are hard costs.
The few free TLDs like cc.co are worse than a subdomain, Google recently de-indexed 11 Million because to many using that poorly managed TLD were scam sites.

No, but you can setup WordPress on a server with those features. WordPress is free. May cost you some cash to get it going if you don't understand programming however.

There are a few free forum scripts available but unfortunately most seem to be able to be hacked quite easily so I wouldn't recommend any.
If your hosting has Cpanel, you will find some of these free scripts in there via the Fantastico tab.
