Hello I own a cafe and its getting quite now because of the winter. What idea can I do to bring people in and what new ideas could I use. Please help.

Partner with other people - e.g. get local groups to visit.
Use special offers to get people in during the down-times
Make sure your customer service is premium so people want to visit again.
