On ask.fm people want rates and tbh's and stuff like that
so lyk post something lyk 'likers get a rate' or 'likers get a compliment' and you'll get tons of likes
If you don't want to do that then an easy way to become ask.fm famous is to have funny answers. Don't answer in a boring way but answer questions with a joke or something.

You're already fairly popular lal, and you already do so many like= things (don't do too many else it'll start to beg)
Talk to people, compliment people to get are followers, post funny stuff so people will follow you for that, post more selfies so you dont look fake.
All the "popular" people seem to insult people, even if they're nice to them. If you wanna be like that it might work, but I wouldn't recommend it as you may feel bad.
