Hi i'm trying to determine what internet to get without going over the top and getting some super thing i dont need. i mainly need it to watch netflix and stream videos, maybe play a game every now and again and have wifi for my phone so i do't keep running that over my limit. any suggestions? This would be for just one person.

those things need speed, and its the speed that will force you to get the more expensive package.

Okay we'll i am a technical genius so
1.if you want to watch netflix depending on if it is hd or sd you will need to have fast internet.
2.to play online games if you don't want a lag you will also need fast internet.
3.and also to stream videos you don't want to wait for your videos to stream.
So my best advise is to get the fast internet

I agree with your other answers speed is important. 10 mbps is the least I would get.Since the things you do are things that require a better package.You also mention limit.If you watch a lot of netflix and game you need unlimited or a very high limit. One of those 10 or 20 gb is not going to cut it.
