How to I create numerous pages for SEO purposes that do not show on my website ? - SuperMadMax - 04-08-2014 06:34 PM

I find this hard to explain as I do not know what its called!!

http://www.emergencyglazier.org.uk/EMERGENCY_GLAZIER_CANNING_TOWN.html

On the above link, the bit where is says "EMERGENCY_GLAZIER_CANNING_TOWN.html" has been added so that when people type 'emergency glazier canning town' into google it comes top.

The same can be done for many locations, for example

http://www.emergencyglazier.org.uk/EMERGENCY_GLAZIER_HACKNEY.html

But when you go onto the site, the page for canning town or hackney is not there so visitors cannot see that they have done this for multiple locations. Its stops them having to set up 10 or 20 different sites.

Can someone tell me what this technique is called ? I should be be to work out how to do it to my site then.
Thanks for your answers so far.

I'm not to concerned about google penalising my website, I do it on wordpress so it only costs me 10pounds for each one. Im more concerned with getting top of google for various searches, even its only for a month or so at a time.

You're probably referring to cloacking or building doorway pages...

.. but what you're doing is very risky and Google will penalize you for it and you'll lose all your rankings.

as long as the content is different and the it shouldnt be that bad but google does like original content....

i use webfire to check each page to ensure the all the tags are set up properly so that when google searches it gives the highest chance of rate for each page

and remember to submit your each page to google to rank it highest. but if you are just relying on the title tag for ranking you might be disappointed

check out these websites on ranking on page one it could help
