Ive got the s4 mini hardly any apps I have play tube which takes up around 3.gb of data but however I have a lot of songs I have face book twitter instagram and a bus app and it was coming up storage space running out because I used the 8gb up so I bought a 16gb sd card ut that in it worked for a little while allowing me to download more apps now its say insignificant storage when theres 14gb on the card !!!

Dude you need to change your storage from Phone to MicroSD i.e. Memory Card.
