I have a campaign paying 1 dollar per call I want to know how to advertise it to reach about 100-200 calls a day/week.

That is a very low payout for pay per call, mobile advertising is generally most effective, since a call is just a tap away, having to dial in a number from a computer screen is a bigger challenge. I know there is a fair amount of accidental clicks on has to pay for, again making it hard to profit from paid ads on such a low paying offer. Perhaps in app apps on an application you own?
